Job requirements
For OSG Willem Blaeu, we are looking for a driven and ambitious coach for the pupils of our football academy (ages 13-15). The football academy's training sessions take place on Monday and Thursday mornings and last 75 minutes.We are looking for a colleague with at least Trainer/Coach 3 (UEFA C). In addition, we consider it important that you:
– you are innovative;
– are aware of the latest developments;
– preferably lives in the vicinity of Alkmaar.
Employment conditions
This concerns a position as a football coach (CAO VO scale 9, max. €5,025 for a full-time position (40-hour work week) as of September 1, 2026, with a scope of 0.1 FTE. It is a temporary appointment until the end of the school year.
In addition, we offer:
- Salary and working conditions according to the CAO VO, including holiday allowance, end-of-year bonus of 8.33%, attractive commuting allowance (kilometres over 25 km one way are now also reimbursed after the first year) and trade-off arrangements;
- Personal budget of 90 hours for full-time employment;

- nine schools in one foundation, which means there are extra opportunities for you to grow;
