Within the Examenadministratie mbo Vonk team, we are looking for a
Administrative Employee, Exam Administration, MBO
0.5 FTE

What will you do?
You provide substantive support for examination and graduation processes for the training teams and the examination committee.
These duties are primarily carried out at the Alkmaar location, but you will also work from another MBO location. You will be part of a small team, and will often be in contact with other (support) departments. The following duties are involved, among others:

• making proposals for adaptation/expansion of ongoing (internal) processes;
• ensure all examination and certification activities;
• participate in relevant internal consultations;
• transfer of knowledge to those directly involved on the use of digital examination applications;
• contributes to the preparation of schedules, overviews, and reports.

• MBO level 4 work and thinking level;
• coordinating skills and experience;
• preferably knowledge of examination and certification in vocational education (mbo);
• Well-developed digital, communication, and planning skills;
• extensive experience using Excel and Word;
• Resilience, punctuality, and attention to detail;
• Experience in a similar role is a distinct advantage.

The position is valued on scale 6 of the MBO collective labour agreement, which ranges from a minimum of €2,494 to a maximum of €3,578 gross per month for a full-time employment. Your position within the scale will be determined by your profile and experience.
The preferred start date is 1 September 2026.
