What will you do?
De OSG is een brede scholengemeenschap mavo-havo-vwo. Jouw lessen zul je geven in de mavo-, havo- en vwo-onderbouw. Op die manier draag je bij aan de doorlopende leerlijn op alle niveaus en zijn jouw dagen lekker afwisselend. Je begeleidt de leerlingen bij het halen van hun leerdoelen. De ene heeft iets meer coaching nodig dan de ander. Jij bent er voor hen. Dat weten ze en dat maakt jouw werk extra aantrekkelijk.
Working with a stimulating teaching method
Wij werken met de lesmethode Nectar. Een methode waarmee je veel kunt doen op het vlak van differentiatie. De methode is zeer up-to-date met leuke, interessante en uitdagende contexten ter ondersteuning van de leerstof. Bij ons is echter ruimte voor zoveel meer dan methode-werk. We werken veel projectmatig met creatieve opdrachten waarbij leerlingen alle vaardigheden gebruiken en op een speelse manier nieuwe kennis en kunde verwerven. Met behulp van activerende en differentiërende didactiek daag je leerlingen uit om actief mee te denken en vertrouwen te krijgen in hun eigen kunnen.
Working in a nice team
Binnen ons team maak je deel uit van een hechte en betrokken sectie biologie, bestaande uit zes collega’s. Samen dragen jullie verantwoordelijkheid voor het vak én voor elkaar. Gezamenlijkheid staat voorop: we doen het samen. Daarnaast krijg je een werkplek op een prachtige school, gevestigd in een uniek en historisch gebouw.
