What will you do?
The stable team player we are looking for challenges team members to continue developing, learn from each other, and jointly bear responsibility for educational quality and the school climate. The team leader is committed to preserving, expanding, and strengthening the achievements of recent years, but also has an eye for new developments that fit well with the school. The team leader maintains external contacts that are relevant to the development of education.

- Broad knowledge of and insight into education and societal developments in relation to the area in which teaching is provided within the academic year/team.
- Knowledge and understanding of the curriculum revision

- Skills in developing, communicating, and implementing educational and school policy.
- HBO/WO level of work and thinking.

Employment conditions
What do you get?
- Terms of employment in accordance with CAO-VO scale 12.
- Scope of employment 0.8 – 1.0 FTE
- Start date 1 August 2026.
- Temporary contract with a view to a permanent position.
