The stable team player we are looking for challenges team members to continue developing, learn from each other, and jointly bear responsibility for educational quality and the school climate. This requires an empathetic and inviting attitude and coaching ability, but also the ability to empower team members. In addition to the above, clarity, decisiveness, and a healthy dose of self-reflection are highly valued. As a member of the school's management team, the team leader contributes to unity and togetherness within the school.

The team leader has a clear vision for good education and a safe and challenging learning environment. The team leader is aware of the curriculum revision and can guide the team through the steps and developments that need to be taken. The team leader is committed to preserving, expanding, and strengthening the achievements of recent years, but also has an eye for new developments that fit well with the school. The team leader maintains external contacts that are relevant to the development of education.

Employment conditions

What do you get?
  • Terms of employment in accordance with CAO-VO scale 12.
  • Scope of employment 0.8 – 1.0 FTE
  • Start date 1 August 2026.
  • Temporary contract with a view to a permanent position.

As a teacher at our school, you perform various roles. Besides teaching as a subject teacher, you are also involved in guiding pupils as a coach. At least once every fortnight, you conduct a 15-minute coaching discussion with the student. In addition, you are a didactic coach and work with both summative and formative tests.
