In recent years, the IKEC team has collectively focused on Positive Behaviour Support (PBS), trauma-sensitive working and working with curricula. We want to work with our children on the basis of relationship, competence, autonomy and meaning. Are you pedagogically and didactically strong, do you have experience with or interest in playful/investigative learning and would you like to work with children on developing ownership, social behaviour and learning to learn, then you really fit in with our team!
You will be part of an enthusiastic and eager-to-learn team. The centre is developing and is looking for people who want to join us, to grow and build the best possible education together. We actively collaborate with youth aid and childcare in an integrally composed team.

Are you:
- Graduated from MBO 4, SPW4, or as a teaching assistant?
- Able to collaborate with your colleagues within a domain, where work is broken down by the group?
- prepared and able to work at varying times and days?
- Willing to undertake training?
Job requirements
Did you:- Experience and/or affinity with pupils with special (educational) support needs?
- good listening and communication skills?
- a professional attitude where you view ‘relationships’ as a key competency and are therefore easily approachable for pupils and colleagues?
- Do you work on the principle of ‘every day is a new opportunity’?
- The child's request behind their difficult behaviour and can you act on it?
Employment conditions
We offer:- A temporary appointment until 31 July 2027;
- Scaling dependent on education and experience (within specialised education) in accordance with scale 5 (maximum €3,412 gross on a full-time basis)
- Integrated cooperation with youth aid;
- Development opportunities through the Trigoon Academy.

About Trigoon Foundation - IKEC de Zevensprong
The Trigoon Foundation comprises five schools for (special) primary and secondary education, including two schools for practical education (Praktijkschool West-Friesland, Hoorn and Praktijkschool West-Frieland, Stede Broec), a school for Secondary Special Education (De Stormvogel) in Hoorn and a school for Special Primary Education ('t Palet) in Stede Broec. The schools
also includes our Integral Child and Expertise Centre, IKEC de Zevensprong.
IKEC de Zevensprong offers an integrated approach in the field of special education, (youth) welfare, specialised childcare and development to children aged 2 to about 12. In addition, IKEC de Zevensprong offers specific support to regular primary schools in cooperation with (external) partners.
