Job requirements
What will you do?Administrative support
- You prepare board and management meetings in terms of content and organisation.
- You monitor the follow-up of action points and agreements made.
- You coordinate the board agenda and annual planning.
- You bring structure to complex processes and maintain an overview.
- You will assist with the drafting of internal procedures and monitor progress.
- You organise meetings, work visits and other administrative activities
- You support, monitor and advise on administrative decision-making and policy processes
- You collect and structure executive and management information, including for internal and external reporting.
- You identify risks and sensitivities within the organisation regarding policy processes.
- You are responsible for the complaint handling and registration process.
- You act as a point of contact for internal and external contacts
- You liaise with the Board of Directors, Supervisory Board, Works Council, and maintain relevant contacts.
- You will support clear and careful internal and external communication
