The function
Are you helping to build the future of our Civil Engineering students? As an all-round expert in the field of construction processes, you know like no other how to bring the challenging world of construction and infrastructure to life. With your experience with drawing programs like Archicad, Autocad and Revit, along with engaging examples from professional practice, provide inspiring lessons for our Middenkaderfunctionaris BISB students. At various locations and within different learning stages, you ensure that students not only learn, but truly become enthusiastic about the subject!
Tasks and responsibilities:
Developing and delivering innovative and inspiring lessons.
Integrating practical examples and current developments in the construction sector into the teaching material.
Assisting and supporting students in their learning process.
Visits by students during the internship period.
A meaningful contribution to the continuous improvement of the educational program and training.
About the team
You will work in an experienced and professional team with driven teachers. This close-knit team, dedicated to the mbo sector, is always looking for new teaching ideas and ways to motivate the students. Working together shoulder to shoulder is a motto that suits us well.
Job requirements
Your profile
You have at least a second-grade teaching qualification, or you are currently studying for a teacher training degree. Previous experience teaching the subject is desirable. However, if you have extensive experience in the field but (currently) do not hold a teaching qualification, we would like to warmly invite you to apply. Preferably you have experience with drawing programs and with the use of ICT in education.
You are a team player, think in terms of possibilities and see opportunities for improvement and innovation. Flexibility and a good sense of humor are appreciated.
It is an advantage if you have experience and affinity with the young adult target group, maintaining a coaching attitude towards them.

For qualified teachers, we offer the position of core teacher in the LC scale (€ 4,396 to a maximum of € 6,459). If you do not have teaching qualifications for the MBO sector, you will be classified as a teacher in the LB scale (€ 3,861 to a maximum of € 5,715 with a full-time appointment). Classification is also based on knowledge, experience and training;
