The Purmerendse ScholenGroep is looking for an NT2 teacher for the WJB location with immediate effect until the end of February 2027 to cover maternity leave.
Depending on pupil intake, there is the possibility of extending the appointment until the end of the school year.
An NT2 teacher, second-degree qualified

We are looking for professionals with expertise, but above all with an affinity for this target group, to bring out the best in our pupils.
Who are we looking for?
As a teacher, you will teach our ISK pupils. You provide lessons in Dutch and are well informed of developments in your field. You know how to communicate the material well and you guide and coach pupils in their learning goals. You liaise with parents and/or caregivers about progress. You also ensure a safe learning environment and are able to get the maximum out of a pupil.
What do you bring?
You hold an appropriate qualification or are studying for one. An NT2 qualification is an advantage. You have good pedagogic and didactic skills and you have an affinity with teaching foreign-language pupils. You are enthusiastic, solution-oriented and above all a team player. You keep track of educational innovations and are skilled in using new (interactive) media.

The Purmerendse ScholenGroep (PSG) is a partnership of six secondary schools in the Waterland region and surrounding municipalities. The organisation has a havo/vwo campus (Jan van Egmond Lyceum and Da Vinci College), a vmbo/pro campus (SG Antoni Gaudí, SG Nelson Mandela, SG W.J. Bladergroen, the SG Gerrit Rietveld) and support services.
