Who are we?
SG De Triade is *the* technical training institute in the region, offering courses for pre-vocational secondary education (VMBO - basic, frame, mixed learning, and theoretical learning paths) and the lower years of technical HAVO. We provide modern technical education with specialisms such as Construction, Housing & Interior (BWI), Production, Installation & Energy (PIE), and Media, Design & ICT (MVI). De Triade works closely with local businesses and fosters a strong team culture: “For each other and with each other, we go the extra mile.” At De Triade, every student is a priority.

Wij zoeken een betrokken leerlingbegeleider die jongeren ondersteunt in hun persoonlijke ontwikkeling en hen stap voor stap helpt hun weg (terug) te vinden in het onderwijs.
What will you do?
Als leerlingbegeleider ligt de nadruk op het bieden van rust, structuur en vertrouwen aan jongeren. In deze rol bied je specialistische ondersteuning aan leerlingen met uiteenlopende en vaak complexe begeleidingsvragen. Je richt je specifiek op gedrag, waarbij je gedragspatronen analyseert en passende interventies inzet. Daarnaast speel je een belangrijke rol in het bevorderen van aanwezigheid en het versterken van motivatie, zodat leerlingen weer tot leren en ontwikkeling komen. Je ondersteunt hen bij het behalen van leerdoelen en het ontwikkelen van vaardigheden, zoals plannen, organiseren en structureren. Je hebt oog voor groepsdynamiek en weet hierop in te spelen, terwijl je docenten ondersteunt in de omgang met leerlingen. Je werkt nauw samen met mentoren, het ondersteuningsteam en externe partners zoals jeugdhulpverlening. Ook onderhoud je contact met ouders/verzorgers en neem je actief deel aan leerlingbesprekingen en overleggen. Administratief ben je zorgvuldig: je registreert en houdt leerlinggegevens bij in leerlingvolgsystemen. Je bent sterk in het opbouwen van relaties met leerlingen, handelt duidelijk en consequent en weet grenzen te stellen en vast te houden. Je kunt omgaan met weerstand en lastig gedrag en hebt goed inzicht in groepsprocessen.
Daarnaast begeleid en adviseer je collega’s bij de uitvoering van leerlingbegeleiding en zorgactiviteiten, en geef je advies over de plaatsing van nieuwe leerlingen. Je onderhoudt, in lijn met gemaakte afspraken, contact met externe instanties die van belang zijn voor de leerlingenzorg. Verder draag je kennis over leerlingenzorg en Passend Onderwijs binnen de school, en schrijf je notities met voorstellen om de ondersteuning aan docenten en teams verder te verbeteren.
Kortom: jij bent de schakel die leerlingen richting geeft, met persoonlijke begeleiding en de kracht van een betrokken ondersteuningsteam help jij hen om stappen te zetten.
What do you bring?
Je hebt een afgeronde pedagogische opleiding op minimaal mbo-niveau 4 en brengt ervaring mee uit het onderwijs, waardoor je vertrouwd bent met verschillende doelgroepen. Met jouw affiniteit voor leerlingen die extra ondersteuning nodig hebben, zowel op leer- als gedragsgebied, weet je hen de juiste begeleiding te bieden.
Je hebt een sterk gevoel voor groepsdynamiek en weet hier effectief mee om te gaan. Tegelijkertijd ben je alert op signalen van sociaal-emotionele problematiek. Daarnaast ben je vaardig in het werken met computerprogramma’s en leerlingvolgsystemen.
Heldere communicatie en samenwerking zijn voor jou vanzelfsprekend; je weet verbinding te maken met uiteenlopende doelgroepen. In je werk ben je flexibel, stressbestendig en geduldig, waarbij je altijd structuur en veiligheid weet te bieden.

- Beloning conform de CAO Voortgezet Onderwijs; schaal 7 of 8 (€2.798,- tot €4.449,- bruto bij een fulltime dienstverband). Jouw salaris is afhankelijk van jouw huidige ervaring en inschaling.
- Other fringe benefits, including: 8% holiday allowance, a year-end bonus of 8.33%, a very generous holiday leave scheme consisting of the school holidays, an individual choice budget of 40 and 50 hours a year for full-time employment, pension scheme with ABP and travel allowance.

Scholengemeenschap De Triade is the technical training provider in the Waterland region. We believe we can turn our 620 pupils into the best (professional) men and women of the future. We do this by simply offering good technical education at vmbo level and lower secondary school. And we are proud of that.
Within The Triad, we work from four focal points: healthy, sensible, safe & convenient. In doing so, we help our pupils live a healthy lifestyle, for example, by paying attention to nutrition, social behaviour, sports & exercise, alcohol and drug use, smoking and sexuality within and outside our lessons.
Together with our students, we build the future. We teach them useful vocational skills but also guide them to become active and responsible citizens. Respect for each other and for yourself plays an important role in this. In addition to engineering classes, we also offer lessons in ‘happiness science’, so that pupils treat their trade wisely as well as their environment and themselves.
We have one important rule and that is: ‘we act normal’. This applies in the school in all areas, both inside and outside the classroom towards each other, the materials and the environment.
The Triad is a small-scale and safe school. Pupils are not only seen, they feel truly seen. This also applies to the parents of our pupils. Communication with parents and pupils is a key focus of the school. We do it together!
Within our three technical profiles BWI, MVI and PIE, pupils can develop to their full potential as a professional. We use modern means and do not lose sight of craftsmanship.
We work closely with the surrounding area, both with primary education, secondary vocational education and the municipality. We also have good contacts with companies in the region. We consider this enormously important and it is something we keep working on continuously. Our employees are visible in the surrounding area and feel connected to it.
