What will you do?
You pass on your love for the profession to vocational secondary school students in the Green, Land & Green Infrastructure programme.
You are dealing with students at levels 2, 3 and 4 who are following the training in the BOL or BBL variant.
As an instructor, you will provide practical training in the field of agricultural and infrastructure work, giving instructions and guiding the students in the execution of assignments and educational projects. In addition, you will also provide practical training in engineering.
You are aware of developments within the field and possess the appropriate professional skills. You have connections with the business community and know how to maintain them. As an instructor, you have demonstrable knowledge and work experience in the field, preferably in the direction of the aforementioned degree program.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and passionate instructor who enjoys sharing their knowledge and skills with our students and who works towards our shared team goals.

We work based on the principle of didactic coaching, focused on the personal development of learners/students. In addition, we offer education for working adults within the framework of Life Long Development. For our learners/students and our staff, Career Guidance and Career Development form a common thread in our organization.
We have everything under one roof; vocational education and training (vmbo and mbo). This allows you to use educational facilities such as the VonkLab and the technical hall to take it a step further. Every one of our 550 students and 600 students is encouraged to achieve the very best from themselves. Unique is our continuous learning program starting in class 3 of vmbo (formerly called Groensprint); with this, students can choose to follow an adapted learning program focused on mbo, or within six years they can both obtain a vmbo diploma and an mbo level 4 diploma. - You have a relevant education (minimum MBO level 3 or equivalent work-related experience). Additionally, you are willing to follow an instructor training course (duration 1 year);
- You have good pedagogical and didactic skills or are willing to learn them;
- You have knowledge and experience of the sector, and can draw upon your own practical examples.;
- you have demonstrable affinity with the target group;
- You can inspire and motivate our students;
- You have good communication skills, you are a team player and you can actively collaborate with the business community;
- you can apply the most common computer skills;
- You are entrepreneurial and flexible;
- You have a good command of the Dutch language in both written and spoken form.
