Cooperation School Foundation
The Samenwerkingsschool Foundation provides education in the Kop van Noord-Holland region and on Texel for pupils between the ages of 4 and 20 who experience certain limitations in their learning and development process that mainstream education cannot address. In collaboration with external care and education partners, education is organised based on the special educational needs of the pupils.

About the job
Our schools use Cloudwise for remote IT support. Many issues are immediately resolved there, but a practical, visible IT employee is indispensable within our organization. You are the one who coordinates between what Cloudwise resolves and what requires local attention. Think of workstations that are not functioning properly, hardware that needs to be replaced, accounts that require local attention, or situations where a colleague simply needs someone to look over their shoulder for a moment.

As ICT support employee You are the first point of contact within the schools and at the administration office for practical IT-related questions. You ensure that work spaces function properly, resolve simple malfunctions, and work closely with Cloudwise to efficiently handle reports.

We strongly favor a distribution of working time over 4 or 5 days per week, so that you are easily accessible to colleagues and the support continues continuously.

What will you do?
  • You are the local point of contact for colleagues’ ICT questions.
  • You actively switch between Cloudwise remote support and the practical ICT problems on site.
  • You support workplace management (PCs, laptops, peripherals).
  • You resolve simple malfunctions and record notifications in the ticket system.
  • You install and maintain software and equipment.
  • You support basic tasks related to network and account management.
  • You contribute to improving ICT processes and services.
