For our service agency, we are looking for an HR team leader from 1 January 2027.
Working hours: 0.6000 – 0.8000 FTE (24 to 32 hours per week). 

In connection with the departure of a colleague who is going to enjoy her retirement, we are looking for someone who recognises themselves in the profile below and has experience with the mentioned activities.

Job description
The PCC has four branches at four locations. The service centre, of which the HR department is a part, supports all four locations. 
The work consists mainly of:
  • Coordinating vacancies and conducting employment condition negotiations.
  • advising on appointments, transfers, dismissals, working conditions and conflict situations
  • point of contact for varied HR issues (vocational education collective labour agreement)
  • Consultation with the Chair of the Executive Board, directors, department heads, head of the service office
  • performing the role of absence coordinator
  • coordinating the activities of the human resources department and, together with the other two colleagues in the department, working towards further digitalisation of the personnel and payroll administration

Job requirements

  • HBO work/thinking level
  • Relevant work experience, preferably in education.
  • Experience with the software packages from AFAS and Zermelo
  • experience with Microsoft Office
  • knowledge of labour law, collective labour agreements for secondary education, and absence legislation, and work in salary administration and personnel administration
  • Proactive, structured, and resilient to stress
  • Pleasant and strong communicator
  • Analytically strong, with an eye for detail and also a vision for the interconnections.
  • Collegiate and involved

Due to the level of the position and the competencies requested in the job description, we offer scale 10 in accordance with the CAO VO (maximum € 5,520 gross per month for a full-time appointment).
