Are you involved in developing people and the organization?
We are looking for a Human Resources and Organization Advisor for 24 – 32 hours (0.6 – 0.8 FTE).

Are you an advisor who would like to make an impact on people, teams, and organizations? Do you already have extensive experience within Human & Organization or are you ready for the next step in your career as an advisor and want to develop further at the tactical and strategic level? Then we have a great challenge for you at the Martinus College.

Collaboration is part of our employees’ DNA. We believe that everyone brings value from their own unique strengths. By combining knowledge, experience, and different perspectives, we get a little better every day.

Job requirements

We are looking for someone who…
  •   You actively seek collaboration with different disciplines and levels, and you know how to bring together a wide range of interests and perspectives.
  • Organizational sensitivity is important. You have an eye for the formal and informal dynamics within an organization. You can sense what is going on, recognize sensitivities, and know when to step in, adjust, or simply give space.
  • It is results-oriented. You focus on the goal, monitor progress, and ensure that results are not only delivered but also actually implemented and secured.
  • Change knows how to organize. As a project leader or contractor, you know how to clearly define goals, approaches, roles, risks, and results. You maintain an overview, provide guidance when necessary, and ensure that those involved know what they are up to.
  • You are curious and development-oriented. You follow developments within your field, actively seek improvement and innovation, and contribute to a learning, professional, and future-oriented organization.
What do you bring?
  • Relevant knowledge and experience are important, but for us curiosity, reflective ability and potential for development are at least as valuable.
  • You have knowledge of policy processes and insight into the organization, its working methods and the decision-making circuits.
  • In addition, you can independently develop policies, conduct analyses, and translate them into clear recommendations and reports.
  • You are highly communicative and know how to make complex topics understandable for different target groups.
  • You work independently and at the same time actively seek collaboration.
  • And above all, you are someone who not only sees what could be improved, but also knows how to bring people on board and actually realize change.
