Are you looking for a dynamic school amidst the Kalverpolder to work as a first or second-grade English teacher? This is your chance! With effect from 1 August 2026, a vacancy will arise for the position of:
 
English Teacher (1st/2nd degree)
0.8 – 1.0 FTE
 
This is a temporary appointment with a view to a permanent contract.
 
You provide lessons in the HAVO, VWO, and VWO+ departments. First-degree teachers prefer to teach in both the upper and lower school.
You are and remain well-informed about developments within your field. In addition to regular classes, we also offer Fastlane English and Cambridge English.

  • You have a first or second-grade teaching qualification or are studying for one.
  • You are able to apply and differentiate activating teaching methods.
  • You are a team player and make a constructive contribution to the section.

  • You enthusiastically take part in school-wide projects, activities, and also in our extra-curricular activities.
