Job requirements
We are looking for a colleague who naturally takes into account the diversity of pupils in vmbo. You are a teacher who is involved with the pupils and enjoys working together in a team of mentors and subject teachers. You are in possession of a second-degree teaching qualification or are in the process of obtaining one. In addition, you have experience and affinity with pupils with various support needs. You know how to connect with our pupils with varied lessons. Of course you are open to people with different cultural and social backgrounds and you are able to interact and communicate well with parents and pupils. It is therefore important that you speak good Dutch yourself. You can count on the support of a well-organised professional department and will of course be supervised by our teacher guidance team. The vacancy is for next school year; starting earlier is an option by mutual agreement.Employment conditions

Compaen VMBO is a cultural profile school with over 860 pupils, located in the Zaandam district of Westerwatering. The mission of Compaen VMBO is: At Compaen VMBO we educate students to become critically thinking, respectful (world) citizens who show initiative and can independently participate in the changing society.
