Besides Dutch lessons, the department also plays an important role in the school-wide language policy with a focus on ‘Rich texts’. Job requirements

We are looking for a Dutch language teacher who has an affinity with vmbo students and enjoys reading. Your enthusiasm motivates and challenges pupils. It goes without saying that in addition to being a language teacher, you are also an educator and work on a positive relationship with students and colleagues. You are creative, can think outside existing frameworks and think in terms of solutions. With patience, creativity and commitment, you ensure that every pupil knows how to get the best out of himself, both as a teacher and as a mentor. Compaen VMBO is a good training school, with a good combination of starters, lateral entrants and studying colleagues.
