What will you do?
Jouw liefde voor het vak Rekenen draag je iedere dag weer over aan mbo-studenten. Jij weet wat er speelt in jouw vakgebied en maakt als geen ander studenten op een creatieve manier enthousiast voor de lesstof. Je treedt op als coach voor je studenten, zowel vakinhoudelijk als bij hun persoonlijke ontwikkeling. Dit doe je samen met collega’s van de ondersteuning en (BPV-) begeleiding. Een veilige en stimulerende leeromgeving staat voor jou centraal en je motiveert studenten om het maximale eruit te halen!

Welcome to our largest branch, where over 500 pupils and almost 900 students learn and grow together. Despite our size, the school feels small and personal: we know each other here and there is room for individual attention. In our modern building, over 200 colleagues from pre-vocational secondary education (VMBO) and vocational education (MBO) work together under one roof, creating a dynamic and inspiring learning environment.
What makes our location extra special? The practical facilities! We have a professional teaching kitchen where students learn the art of cooking, a well-equipped stable full of horses for practical animal care lessons, and a spacious, green garden where theory and practice come together. This unique combination of education and hands-on experience makes learning with us not only effective, but also fun and challenging.
Our school is excellently accessible: it's just a short walk from the station, and those arriving by car can easily park on our own grounds. Come visit us and discover our school's vibrant and welcoming atmosphere for yourself!

In summary, you bring:- je hebt een relevante vooropleiding (op hbo niveau) én bent bevoegd om in het mbo les te geven of je bent bereid tot het halen van een onderwijsbevoegdheid;
- je weet wat er van toekomstige werknemers en ondernemers binnen de sector wordt verwacht;
- je beschikt over goede pedagogische en didactische vaardigheden;
- je hebt kennis van en ervaring met de sector en kan putten uit eigen praktijkvoorbeelden;
- je hebt ervaring met lesgeven in het mbo of aantoonbare affiniteit met de doelgroep;
- je bent bekend met verschillende didactische werkvormen, het gebruik van ICT-middelen en social media in de klas;
- je bent ondernemend en flexibel en je bent goed in staat om leerlingen te motiveren;
- good command of the Dutch language both verbally and in writing.
