Besides the core values, the Atlas schools share three ambitions:
Valuable education for every pupil
This means:
- education that students value, as Atlas College makes every effort to ensure that they are active, eager to learn and meaningful at school;

Powerful colleagues
Strong colleagues are needed to realise ambitions. They are colleagues who can and want to take control of their own tasks and development and remain in dialogue about them. And colleagues who are aware that they are part of a professional learning community.
The core values and ambitions are the common thread in what binds the Atlas schools together to form Atlas College.
