What will you do?Leading, connecting and developing.
We are looking for two inspiring team leaders who, together with the team, will further implement our educational ambitions. As a team leader, you will lead a team of teachers, be part of the team of team leaders, and sit on the school's management team. The position is suitable for experienced team leaders as well as candidates who wish to take the step into leadership.
You are building a results-oriented team whose pillars are interconnectedness, proactivity, and joint responsibility. You embrace flexible education in the developmental phase the school is currently in and work together to continuously improve and optimise our flexibly structured education, with learning goal-oriented work and formative action as key priorities.
As a team leader, you have influence over the direction and further development of education. Specifically, this means the following:
- You are responsible for educational quality and results within the upper secondary basic framework.;
- You will focus on team development, employability, and a professional culture.;
- You are a sparring partner for the executive committee and fellow team leaders;
- You translate educational ambitions into concrete actions within your team.
The team is looking for a team leader who leads with enthusiasm, a focus on people, and from a place of trust. You motivate, establish frameworks, provide direction, work transparently, and are approachable. Additionally, you can empathise well with the students and teachers you work with. You respond empathetically and know well when to steer or coach.
You are:
- Focused and connecting;
- Clear and decisive;
- Able to switch between coaching and directing.
- Experience in secondary education, preferably in vocational education (vmbo);
- HBO/WO working and thinking level appropriate for the educational department within which the team falls;
- Completed management training focused on education, or the willingness to undertake this in the future;
- Management experience;
- Excellent communication skills.;
- Experience in shaping and managing development programmes;
- Knowledge of learning objective-driven work and formative assessment, as well as experience with examination processes, is a plus.;
- A strong personality, focused on connection and collaboration

What we offer you!- A position of 0.7-0.8 FTE until 31 July 2027 with a view to permanent employment.;
- Salary and terms of employment in accordance with the CAO VO; grading in function scale LD
- End-of-year bonus, 8% holiday pay and pension through ABP;
