Target
The purpose of the Living Lab Flexible Training Routes is to develop a practical and tailored learning route for colleagues who are not (yet) fully qualified, so that they can progress to a second-degree qualification or competence in a shortage subject.
With this pilot project, we want to achieve a smoother transition for employees who have already started employment this school year but cannot yet start their formal lateral entry into the profession-training.
Approach
These employees are already being offered a support programme consisting of two components:
- Joint meetings - focusing on basic pedagogical and didactic skills, knowledge sharing and teacher orientation.
- Extra guidance at school - personal coaching and hands-on support, tailored to individual learning and development needs.
Thus, participants already build practical experience, develop their professionalism and increase their chances of a successful start in formal training as well as in education.
