You are a motivated teaching assistant who is interested in and willing to participate in the various developments in the education sector. You (preferably) hold an MBO diploma in teaching assistantship. In addition, you have a good command of the Dutch language and excellent social and organizational skills. You are pedagogically strong, you can stand up for a group of students and motivate them to get to work. Furthermore, you have a flexible attitude; every day is different and often it is not until the morning that you know what you will be doing for the rest of the day.  

You have:

• Flexibility, initiative, creativity and independence;
• An open and listening attitude to teachers and students;
• Good contact skills;
• Skill in approaching groups of pupils pedagogically and speaking to them.

Even as a career changer with solid subject knowledge and the desire to obtain your qualification, you are very welcome – we will support you in doing so.
