Concierge
0.4 FTE – 0.6 FTE
What will you do?
You monitor the behavior of students during breaks and contribute to ensuring a safe school environment within and around the school. You ensure a good pedagogical climate and intervene in the case of disruptive behavior by students. You are a resource for students and identify particularly disruptive behavior. As the first point of contact, you provide support to students and their parents and refer them on. In doing so, you ensure that things do not get out of hand. At the locations, you ensure that nothing is lacking in terms of facilities! You show the students and colleagues that they are welcome and receive them together with the team with a smile. You are not only a resource for the students and visitors but also offer a helping hand to colleagues at the locations. You provide logistical and technical support to the entire location and, if necessary, perform minor repairs yourself.
And not entirely unimportant; you can make delicious coffee!

Welcome to our easily accessible and charming schools in Den Helder and Schagen!

In our versatile school buildings you will find various training courses, including ICT development and support, Motor Vehicle Technology, Healthcare and Welfare, Economics and Entrepreneurship, Technology and Construction, Sports, Exercise and Health, Order and Security, Shipping and Logistics, Tourism and Recreation, Outward Care, Agribusiness, Flowers, Green & Styling, Animals and Animal Welfare, Green Living Environment, Hospitality and Food. Thanks to our strong collaboration with various neighborhood associations in North Holland, our NT1 and NT2 teachers also teach in external locations in the Dutch language, so that everyone has access to good education.
As well as modern theory classrooms, the Hofstraat has numerous practical rooms that are equipped with the latest tools and technologies. For example, in four spacious practical rooms, ICT students can test various technologies and carry out realistic simulations. We also have our own restaurant where hospitality students hone their culinary skills and welcome guests.
Our school is easily accessible and offers an inspiring learning environment where theory and practice come together.

- Minimum MBO level 4 working and thinking ability;
