Salary scale: 6 (€ 2,494,- up to a maximum of € 3,578,- for a full-time position)

If so, this is your opportunity to take on a dynamic role within Talland College’s Education and Organizational Development department. For the Education and Quality teams, the Advisory and Guidance and Support teams, and in broader terms, for the department as a whole, we are looking for a new colleague.

The function 
As a management support assistant, you are the indispensable link in supporting a number of managers within the Education and Organizational Development (DOO) department. Your duties are diverse and require organization, initiative, and tact. 
Your responsibilities include: 

  • managing the managers’ schedules, where you actively contribute and look ahead;

  • organizing meetings and conferences and, where necessary, taking notes;

  • it processes the purchasing orders from the departments;

  • supporting the audit committee;

  • Handling non-standard correspondence independently and monitoring follow-up;

  • act as a resource for organizational and practical matters within the departments;

  • actively thinking about and improving work processes within secretarial and administrative support. 

About the team 
You are part of the education and organizational development department and work closely with the managers. In addition, you coordinate with management support staff within the department and from other departments. The team is collegial, professional, and committed.

Your profile 
You are a proactive and accurate professional who keeps an overview and switches easily. Further: 

  • You have strong communication skills, both oral and written;

  • you are organisationally strong, solution-oriented and punctual;

  • You are good at setting priorities and work independently;

  • handle administrative work effortlessly;

  • You take a critical and fresh look at existing work processes and proactively suggest improvements;

  • Are you proficient in Microsoft Office and can you use AI in your work?;

  • You enjoy working together and bring a healthy dose of humour and the ability to put things into perspective.

  • a salary in scale 6 (€ 2,494 to a maximum of € 3,578) with a full-time appointment) according to the mbo collective agreement; in addition, the salary is adjusted based on knowledge, experience and education; 

  • 8% holiday allowance and a year-end bonus of 8.33%;

  • Availability on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday is preferred.
