To function
The Student Administration supports students and lecturers with administrative and organisational tasks, managing educational logistics. We ensure that students always have the right information at the right time to complete their studies as successfully as possible. This process starts from the moment a student registers with us until they graduate and leave the institution. 

About the team
Student Administration is a team within Educational Logistics. The department is part of the Operations Department and consists of about 110 FTE. All teams are represented at the five Talland College locations. Educational Logistics consists of the teams Policy & Quality, Student Administration, Examination Office and Planning & Rostering. We work together with education to standardise processes and harmonise and professionalise services. With the help of process optimisation, digitalisation and automation, we are increasingly able to provide more efficient and agile support!

Job requirements

Your profile
You are an administrative all-rounder who enjoys organising and structuring work. You oversee the entirety of processes and, where necessary, calmly address colleagues to ensure the right information is provided in a timely manner. Working in a structured and accurate way comes naturally to you. You are curious about processes and think in terms of possibilities. A customer-focused, communicative, and service-oriented attitude is your hallmark, coupled with a flexible approach. You have at least three years of work experience in an administrative and/or organisational role. You hold at least a completed MBO-4 level qualification and have a good command of the Dutch language. Furthermore, you are proficient in, or can quickly master, multiple digital systems.
Your daily tasks:

  • carrying out the full enrolment and registration process for the student;

  • send information to students;

  • exchange of information with supplying schools;

  • counter function, answering the phone, group management and processing interim mutations and deregistrations;

  • registration of absences (leave requests), correct attendance;

  • administration surrounding Practice Agreements;

  • responsible for the quality of your work in accordance with the PDCA cycle (plan, do, check, act).
