For our ’t Palet location, we are looking for a flexible and versatile teaching assistant. At ’t Palet, we guide children with a special education needs statement and offer them the support they need to develop to their full potential.
Are you confident and do you enjoy working with both young children and older children? Do you have an affinity with and experience in special education? And would you like to commit yourself to children with a specific support need?
Then ’t Palet just might be the place for you!
We are looking for someone who is committed, flexible and enthusiastic, and who is willing to invest in every child and their personal development.
The pedagogical climate at ’t Palet is built upon PBS, Rock and Water, and the Kanjertraining, and it is rock-solid! We work with our children based on relationships, competence, autonomy, and a sense of purpose. If you are pedagogically and didactically strong, have experience with or an interest in play-based/inquiry-based learning, and would love to work with pupils on developing ownership, then you will truly fit into our team!
At ’t Palet, pupils with both learning difficulties and behavioural problems are supported. We do this in consultation and collaboration with parents and care providers. From the youngest to the oldest pupils, the school's pedagogical and didactic climate is therefore dedicated to increasing the independence and self-reliance of every child.
The motto of ’t Palet is: “Colourful customisation. Big where possible, small where necessary.”.
