As an administrative employee, you will carry out tasks for the student administration department. You will support all daily administrative processes concerning students. The work will be carried out at the Sperwerstraat location in Den Helder. You will work in a team, and will often have contact with other (support) departments. The main duties include, amongst others:

All support services for colleagues across all twelve locations are provided from two sites in Alkmaar and Den Helder. Specialists in areas such as HR, Finance, IT, and Communications liaise daily with the approximately 1300 colleagues at the schools to ensure they can focus on delivering high-quality education. You can walk there directly from the station, or easily park at the sites themselves.

Administrative assistant

What will you do?
As an administrative employee, you will carry out tasks for the student administration department. You will support all daily administrative processes concerning students. The work will be carried out at the Sperwerstraat location in Den Helder. You will work in a team, and will often have contact with other (support) departments. The main duties include, amongst others:
- act as a point of contact for questions from students, parents/carers, colleagues and external parties, answering or forwarding them;
- carrying out the procedures for registration, intake and placement, processing changes and processing deregisterations;
- application of relevant laws and regulations, internal guidelines and procedures;
- properly handle various correspondence/files;
- processing digital workflows;
- participate in relevant internal consultations;
- collecting, processing and checking data;
- carrying out duties relating to incoming mail.

- MBO level 4 work and thinking level;
- Knowledge of and skills in administrative procedures;
- Well-developed digital, communication, and planning skills;
- Excellent command of the Dutch language.;
- extensive experience using Excel and Word;
- Resilience, punctuality, and attention to detail;
- customer-oriented and service-providing institution;
- Experience in a similar role is a distinct advantage.
