Who are we looking for?
Do you get your energy from teaching, organising, developing and promoting education in the subject of Visual Arts? Then we are looking for you!
In your role as a teacher, you will inspire young people about the subject of Visual Arts, make pupils aware of who they are within society, and provide them with tools and skills.
Does this appeal to you and do you find it interesting to work with vmbo students within this profile?
We are looking for an enthusiastic colleague for Visual Arts to strengthen our wonderful team for 0.4-0.8 FTE (8-16 lessons).
Job requirements
You have a passion for education, a strong commitment to the target group, and hold a relevant teaching qualification or are training for one. You also have an affinity for ICT and digital teaching materials.
Furthermore, you are an active member of the subject team, which consists of experienced, driven, and enthusiastic teachers. You enjoy working collaboratively and are focused on developing better and more engaging education for our students. Assessing academic results, compiling and administering tests are also part of your responsibilities. You will record students' academic progress in our systems. Depending on your experience, you may also be asked to join a student support team (mentorraat).
