As our new HR Advisor, you are not just a go-to person for advice; you are a strategic partner for our branch directors and team leaders. HR Advisor 0.6 FTE
The HR department consists of an HR services team, an HR advisory team, specialists in career coaching, absenteeism, projects and policy, and an HR manager. We support the executive board and management in the further development of the organisation and the expansion of HR policy and HR services within Vonk. For the coming years, the focus will be on professionalisation and leadership development, strategic workforce planning and the further development of a Vonk Academy.

What will you do?
In this role, you will advise various branches and departments within Vonk's operational area. You will provide advice on a variety of HR issues and coordinate and support the implementation of HR processes. You will do this in close collaboration with the team leaders and branch directors, as well as the specialists within our HR team. You will provide solicited and unsolicited advice on terms of employment, legal status, personnel policy, absenteeism, and health management. You will stand alongside the management of your branches, think critically, reflect situations, and encourage creative solutions. You will do this independently with courage and conviction. Furthermore, you will implement new HR regulations and take responsibility for one or more projects or themes within the HR team.

Your profile:

• You have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role (experience in education is a plus, but a fresh perspective from the business services or government sector is also very welcome).
• you have a higher professional education (HBO) or university education (WO) work and thinking level;
• you have up-to-date knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations;
• You are analytically strong: you see the trends behind the figures and translate them into action;
• You actively seek collaboration within your own team and/or with colleagues from other teams.

The role is graded at scale 10 of the mbo collective labour agreement, which ranges from a minimum of €3,713.00 to a maximum of €5,495.00 gross per month for a full-time contract. Grading is dependent on your profile and experience.

Working at Vonk B&O
From two locations in Alkmaar and Den Helder, we deliver all supporting services for colleagues at all twelve Vonk branches. The specialists, including HR, Finance, IT, and Communications, are in daily contact with the more than 1300 colleagues at the schools to ensure they can focus on providing high-quality education there.
We largely work location-independently. This means that one day you might do your work from your home office, the next day you could be in Alkmaar, and the day after that in Schagen or Den Helder. You are flexible and willing to travel within the entire working area of Vonk.
