Job requirements
What will you do?
Our team leader for years 4 and 5 of HAVO:
- Leads the Year 11 and Year 12 mentoring and teaching team.;
- Manages the entire educational programme (teaching, organisation and support).;
- Contributes to the further development and innovation of education.;
- Makes an active contribution to building a strong pedagogical and didactic environment;
- Contributes to policy preparation and is responsible for policy implementation within the team;
- Manages general organisational, cross-team activities;
- A modest teaching load can be part of the job description;
- Participates in the school management meeting and is therefore involved in various school-wide matters.
You got it!
You have knowledge and experience with pupils in Year 10 and Year 11 (HAVO streams). You act with understanding and trust, you are confident and closely involved in the core educational process. You're keen to work together to achieve our goals! Furthermore, you are steadfast, visible, and have a well-developed sense of empathy; you can confront issues while maintaining connections. The qualities you possess that you can certainly bring to our school include enthusiasm, patience, decisiveness, flexibility, and humour.
You have in addition:
- A teaching qualification for secondary education;
- An open and listening attitude to students;
- Good contact skills, both pedagogical and didactic;
- Skill in pedagogically approaching and speaking to individual pupils and groups of pupils.

The selection procedure consists of two interviews with the selection committee. These interviews will take place on Monday afternoon 11 May and Monday afternoon 18 May. An assessment may be part of the procedure. We look forward to receiving your response by Tuesday 5 May via our website.
