What will you do?
You ensure a safe pedagogical climate and intervene in case of conflicting pupil behaviour. You supervise pupils' behaviour during breaks and help ensure a safe school climate in and around the school. You are a source of information
for pupils and spotting unusual behaviour. As a caretaker, you speak to pupils and their parents and refer them on. You act in such a way that things do not get further out of hand.

We hope you:
- have at least MBO 4 working and thinking level;
- possess good pedagogical and teaching skills;
- Have an affinity with education (preferred);
- Good command of digital skills (with programmes such as [e.g. Office, Teams]);
- Have strong communication skills;
- Be creative and come up with new ideas;
- good command of the Dutch language both verbally and in writing.

The position is scaled in scale 5 of the CAO mbo, with a gross monthly salary between €2,466 and €3,431 for full-time employment, depending on your experience.
