As an HR consultant, do you want to make a real impact on the development of an educational organisation? At Pontis Onderwijsgroep, you get the chance to help build a professional, future-oriented HR service. You will work in an organisation that learns, innovates and facilitates colleagues to provide the best education.

In our HR team, growth is key: from operational to tactical and strategic work, from loose processes to clear frameworks and from support to proactive advice. And in this, your expertise and vision play a key role.

Meet your new workplace!

Within Pontis Onderwijsgroep in Schagen, ‘the organisation that facilitates’ is central. From the Central Support Services (COD), we support our schools so that colleagues in education can focus on good education for our students.

COD consists of different teams, each with their own expertise, such as HR, finance, marketing & communication, facilities and ICT. Together we ensure that processes run smoothly, colleagues have the right resources and the organisation continues to develop.

We are a learning and connecting organisation: we share knowledge, encourage new ideas and help each other grow. By closely
working together with the schools, we ensure that everyone within Pontis can work with pleasure and professionalism to provide good education.

The HR team consists of HR advisers, HR staff, payroll administrators and a functional administrator. We professionalise, standardise processes and build a uniform, future-proof HR approach.

You are the permanent HR contact for the Johannes Bosco in Heerhugowaard, a warm and ambitious school where customisation, small classes and strong relationships are key. You work alternately from Schagen and Heerhugowaard.

Within the HR team, you are a specialist in the field of Recruitment & Selection and Onboarding. You are the point of contact for recruitment issues and make an active contribution to labour market positioning and employer branding.

About Pontis Education Group

We are Pontis
Trinitas College and Regius College merged administratively and continued under the Pontis Education Group banner from 1 January 2022. Through the merger, the schools combine shared ambitions regarding educational quality, the breadth of the educational offering, the quality of support services and attractive employment practices.

Pontis is derived from the Latin word for bridge. The Pontis Education Group provides connection and, based on the strong pillars of our schools, builds a bridge to our common future. And where a bridge is built, people can move forward, people come together and the environment can grow.

Our schools
Our four schools are well known in the region for their quality of education, the breadth of what they offer and the good guidance they provide to pupils. There are plenty of choices at all our schools. Our guiding principle is that all pupils can prepare themselves optimally for their own successful and bright future.
