As a Z&W teacher, you contribute to this by delivering clear, active and inspiring lessons for the secondary vocational education students in the upper levels of basic and framework vocational education and the vocational education and training program Zorg en Welzijn.<\/p>\n

At Zorg en Welzijn (Z&W), we work with different modules. Experience or affinity with several of these modules is desired. Z&W is composed of the following modules:<\/p>\n
In addition to these profile subjects, you teach in
\none or more elective courses such as: Child and Youth Welfare, Adult and Elderly Welfare, Special Cuisine.<\/p>\n
You know how to guide the teaching process in such a way that students are encouraged to participate actively. Not only in the classroom, but also outside of it, for example through school activities. In good Dutch: You succeed in getting students moving both inside and outside the classroom. You yourself don\u2019t ever stand still. The renewal of education has your attention and you would like to actively contribute to it. That\u2019s how you think within the section about the development of
\nlearning resources, projects, teaching materials and tests, as well as promoting a recognizable pedagogical climate. You carry your passion for the subject with you both inside and outside the school with great enthusiasm.<\/p>\n
You hold a 2nd-degree Z&W qualification or are studying for it.
\nYou have experience or affinity with lower-secondary school students in the upper grades and with teaching in exam classes. You know how to adapt varied lessons to the students in these classes.<\/p>\n
Like us, you are open to people with different cultural and social backgrounds and are able to get along well with parents and students. Finally, you support our vision that you learn with and for each other.<\/p>\n
