You make the Dutch language accessible and challenging and help mostly Mavo students to read, write and speak with confidence. In doing so, you connect the subject matter to current events\n and encourage students to think about topics that are relevant to society.<br>\n<br>\nWe believe it is important to work together within the section. You share ideas and teaching materials, contribute to our teaching and develop lessons together with colleagues that help students further. You provide clear structure, have an eye for differences, and know how to\n actively involve students in the class. This way you show how Dutch helps them at school and beyond.<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Job requirements<\/h2>You hold a second-cycle qualification or are studying for it and you are an enthusiastic and passionate colleague. You deliver high-quality teaching and you are up to date with the latest developments in subject pedagogy. The classes are held\n on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays.&nbsp;<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Employment conditions<\/h2>This is a temporary employment contract for replacement purposes. The working time factor amounts to between 0.4-0.75 FTE, depending on your wishes and capabilities. In addition, you can expect excellent employment conditions, including:\n<ul>\n<li>An hourly salary in the LB scale of the VO collective agreement, minimum \u20ac 3,665.00 and maximum \u20ac 5,586.00;<\/li><li>A holiday allowance of 8% and a year-end bonus of 8.33%;<\/li><li>An October allowance of \u20ac302.50. Once you are in the final step of your scale, the October allowance is \u20ac1,640.00;<\/li><li>You are free in all school holidays;<\/li><li>You are entitled to an annual individual choice budget of 90 hours on a full-time basis;<\/li><li>You build up your pension with ABP. SVOK pays 70% of the pension premium;<\/li><li>Opportunity to participate in collective disability insurance. SVOK pays 50% of the premium;<\/li><li>SVOK offers a wide range of training opportunities through the SVOK academy.<\/li><\/ul>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Application information<\/h2>Are you interested in this challenging job?
