Whether you come from Amsterdam or Friesland: you can easily get there.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Your duties<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>As a TOA member, you support the teacher of the BiNaSk section in teaching and in guiding students. These include both students in the lower and upper grades.<\/p>\n<p>What you are going to do:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Preparation: setting up experiments and practices, including preparing the necessary materials and equipment.<\/li>\n<li>Guidance: supporting students during practical sessions and instructing them on safe and effective working in the laboratory.<\/li>\n<li>Maintenance: manage laboratory equipment and materials, check them, and if necessary repair or replace them.<\/li>\n<li>Working together: with teachers and the other TOAs to improve and innovate practice and lesson programs.<\/li>\n<li>Monitoring: compliance with safety regulations and the correct use of equipment and chemicals.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Job requirements<\/h2>We are looking for an enthusiastic and flexible TOA who inspires and supports students in practical work in a dynamic learning environment. Additionally, we are looking for someone who possesses:<br \/><br \/>\u2013 A completed mbo-4 degree in (laboratory) technology or equivalent.<br \/>\u2013 Has strong pedagogical skills and preferably experience in guiding students.<br \/>\u2013 Experience in preparing and conducting practices.<br \/>\u2013 A team player is one with excellent organizational skills.<br \/>\u2013 Is independent, proactive and flexible in the work.<br \/>\u2013 A strong affinity for physics, and in addition, an affinity for biology and chemistry<br \/>\u2013 good ICT skills<br \/><br \/>Do you recognize yourself in this profile, but have you never worked at a school before or have you no experience in mentoring students? Then we warmly invite you to apply.<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Employment conditions<\/h2><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This is a position as an assistant teacher (maximum \u20ac3,653 per full-time working relationship) starting February 1, 2027, with a size of 0.6 FTE.<\/p>\n<p>Appointment until the end of the school year with the prospect of a permanent employment contract; with sufficient formation, there is the prospect of a permanent employment contract.<\/p>\n<p>In addition, we offer:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>salaries and terms of employment in accordance with the CAO VO collective agreement, including holiday pay and a year-end bonus of 8.33%, an attractive commuting allowance (kilometres exceeding 25 km one way are now also reimbursed after the first year) and car exchange schemes;<\/li>\n<li>Personal budget of 90 hours for full-time employment;<\/li>\n<li>generous lesson storage.
