At Regius College, you work in an inspiring environment where talents are seen, valued and encouraged.<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Job requirements<\/h2><strong>What will you do?<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>You conduct classroom observations to identify students' support needs;<\/li><li>You regularly discuss appropriate support with mentors and teachers;<\/li><li>Together with colleagues within the support department, you monitor the support requests of students;<\/li><li>You supervise student discussions;<\/li><li>You work together with mentors, parents and external support workers;<\/li><li>You participate in multidisciplinary meetings and chair them when necessary;<\/li><li>You vote with team leaders on the support of students;<\/li><li>You implement interventions in absenteeism issues in collaboration with the absenteeism administration.<\/li><\/ul>\n<br>\n<strong>You got it!<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>A relevant bachelor's or master's degree;<\/li><li>Experience in the field of education;<\/li><li>Knowledge of student support and the support structure within secondary education;<\/li><li>Knowledge of or affinity with students with a mild intellectual disability;<\/li><li>Knowledge of the social map in the region;<\/li><li>The ability to analyze complex problems and find appropriate solutions;<\/li><li>Strong communication skills and experience in conducting conversations with students, parents and colleagues;<\/li><li>Skill in guiding and advising colleagues in the field of support;<\/li><li>Interest in practical training.
