Then we are looking for you!<\/p><p><p><strong>The function<br><\/strong>You deliver Dutch lessons and a number of citizenship classes to the students in the Engineering sector, divided across various programs, levels, and years of study. You use engaging examples from the student\u2019s professional practice in doing so. You support subject teachers and mentors in developing the language skills of their students. Additionally, together with your colleagues, you develop lessons and teaching programs for the Dutch subjects. <\/p><p><p><strong>About the AVO team<br><\/strong>You will be working in an experienced and professional team of driven teachers. This close-knit team, with a passion for vocational education students (MBO), is always looking for new lesson ideas and ways to motivate the students. Rolling up our sleeves together is a motto that would suit us well.<br><\/p><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Job requirements<\/h2><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Your profile<br><\/strong>You have at least a second-grade teaching qualification for Dutch language, or you are currently following a teacher training course. A completed primary school teacher training (Pabo) qualification, with a willingness to undertake further training, is also negotiable.<br>You are aware of recent developments within the Dutch language subject in vocational education and you know how the Dutch language subject can be linked to vocational tasks. You are familiar with the use of ICT in education.<\/p><p>In addition, you will enjoy working at our outdoor locations as well.<\/p><p class=\"MsoNormal\">You are a team player, think in terms of possibilities and see opportunities for improvement and innovation. Flexibility and a good sense of humour can be very useful.<br>It is an advantage if you have experience and affinity with the young adult target group, maintaining a coaching attitude towards them.<\/p><p><p><strong>Our offer\u00a0<br><\/strong>The field of work and your profession are constantly evolving. If you do not have an education qualification for the mbo, you are classified as a teacher in grade level LB (\u20ac 3,713,- up to a maximum of \u20ac 5,495,- for a full-time appointment).
