You process student requests for adjustments to tests and exams and process the approvals in the system. In addition, you make phone calls to prospective students to discuss whether they need additional support and, if necessary, refer them to the appropriate guidance counselor.<br>Another aspect of the function is providing information about training courses to (potential) students and third parties.<br>The function is currently in full development. The current broad role will be further developed in the short term into two separate focus functions. The precise implementation and distribution will be further shaped in the coming period.<br>Provides administrative and organizational support by:<\/p><ul><li><p class=\"LTekens\">calling (incoming) students to discuss whether they need additional support;<\/p><\/li><li><p class=\"LTekens\">a supporting role in the processing of guidance plans;<\/p><\/li><li><p class=\"LTekens\">to process requests from students with support needs for adjustments during tests and exams;<\/p><\/li><li><p class=\"LTekens\">the consultation, processing, recording and printing of student data in Eduarte;<\/p><\/li><li><p class=\"LTekens\">Identifying student wants\/needs\/trends and translating this to the right place within Talland.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p class=\"LTekens\">Ensures the updating of information on various communication channels:<\/p><ul><li><p class=\"LTekens\">updating the TAB team tiles<\/p><\/li><li><p class=\"LTekens\">identifying improvement points on the website<\/p><\/li><li><p class=\"LTekens\">Updating Connect Me<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p class=\"LTekens\">Receiving and providing information to, among others, (potential) students, colleagues and third parties.<\/p><ul><li><p class=\"LTekens\">the appropriate handling of questions about Talland\u2019s training offerings from (potential) students and parents, by phone, by email or at vocational fairs. \u00a0<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p><strong>The team<br><\/strong>The Employee of Guidance &amp; Information is part of the Advisory &amp; Guidance Team (TAB). Within Talland College, the TAB supports the student and the education, in the fields of career development, student guidance and pedagogical and didactic educational needs. Our team is present at each of the 5 locations of Talland College (Zaandam, Alkmaar, Purmerend, Hoorn and Heerhugowaard).
