As a placement supervisor at our school, you play an important role in this. You prepare students for the internship, guide them in finding a suitable placement, and are also their point of contact during the internship period. You maintain contact with internship companies and provide students with information about the internship.<\/p>\n<p>Other activities include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>create reports in our student tracking system;<\/li>\n<li>maintain contact with mentors, school management and parents;<\/li>\n<li>maintaining knowledge about outflow and labour market developments;<\/li>\n<li>organizational and coordinating tasks;<\/li>\n<li>recruiting new markets and workplaces.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Job requirements<\/h2>We are looking for an internship supervisor who will support our students in finding a suitable internship.<br \/><br \/>Furthermore, we consider it important that you:<br \/><br \/>- Have an affinity with the target group;<br \/>\u2013 preferably have experience in (practical) education;<br \/>\u2013 wants to contribute to the development of our education and our internship supervisors;<br \/>\u2013 are good at working together in a team;<br \/>\u2013 have knowledge of relevant laws and regulations;<br \/>\u2013 are skilled in networking with companies for internship positions;<br \/>\u2013 you have completed a (HBO) degree in the field of pedagogy\/social work\/education and\/or have gained extensive work experience that is relevant to this position.<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Employment conditions<\/h2><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This is a position as an internship supervisor (A) (maximum \u20ac5,025 for a full-time employment contract) starting December 1st, 2026, with a workload of 0.6-0.7 FTE.<\/p>\n<p>This is a temporary position until the end of the school year, with the prospect of a permanent employment contract upon proven suitability and sufficient room for development.<\/p>\n<p>In addition, we offer:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>salaries and terms of employment in accordance with the CAO VO collective agreement, including holiday pay and a year-end bonus of 8.33%, an attractive commuting allowance (kilometres exceeding 25 km one way are now also reimbursed after the first year) and car exchange schemes;<\/li>\n<li>Personal budget of 90 hours for full-time employment;<\/li>\n<li>nine schools in one foundation, which means there are extra opportunities for you to grow;<\/li>\n<li>collective insurance in case of partial disability;<\/li>\n<li>a pension scheme with pension fund ABP.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em>Acquisition in response to this vacancy is not appreciated.<\/em><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>De juiste stage vinden.
