You know how to motivate, inspire, and challenge students. Are you someone who enjoys physical activity, likes to offer a variety of\n sports, and knows how to convey the love of sports and exercise to young people?&nbsp;<br>\n<br>\nAt our school, we teach students from the first year of secondary school up to and including the 6th year of secondary school. In addition to our regular physical education classes, we also offer English language classes (Physical Education) and we offer the BSM (Movement, Sport and Society) and LO2 exam subjects.\n Therefore, we are looking for a colleague who knows how to challenge students at their own level and knows how to combine enjoyment in movement with development and deepening.<br>\n<br>\nAt our school, sports and physical activity play an important role. From challenging gym classes and sports activities to tournaments, sports days and extracurricular projects: at LO, we are much more than just about movement. Within BSM and LO2,\n students also have the space to delve into sports, health, teaching, and organizing sports activities. We encourage students to work together, take responsibility, push boundaries, and be active with joy. Are you an enthusiastic teacher\n LO who gets energy from working with young people, likes to collaborate with colleagues and knows how to make students enthusiastic about sports and exercise? Then we would love to meet you!<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Job requirements<\/h2>You have a first-degree qualification and are an enthusiastic, dedicated colleague. You deliver high-quality teaching and are up-to-date with the latest developments in subject didactics.&nbsp;<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Employment conditions<\/h2>This is a temporary employment contract until April 23, 2027. In addition, you can expect excellent working conditions, including:\n<ul>\n<li>An hourly salary in the LB scale of the VO collective agreement, minimum \u20ac 3,622.00 and maximum \u20ac 5,520.00;<\/li><li>A holiday allowance of 8% and a year-end bonus of 8.33%;<\/li><li>An October allowance of \u20ac302.50. Once you are in the final step of your scale, the October allowance is \u20ac1,640.00;<\/li><li>You are free in all school holidays;<\/li><li>You are entitled to an annual individual choice budget of 90 hours on a full-time basis;<\/li><li>You build up your pension with ABP. SVOK pays 70% of the pension premium;<\/li><li>Opportunity to participate in collective disability insurance.
