Then Vonk\n is the place for you!<br>\nOur Digital Services Team has an immediate vacancy for:<br>\n<br>\n<strong>Functional administrator (0.6 \u2013 0.8 FTE)<\/strong><br>\n<br>\n<strong>What will you do?<\/strong><br>\nAs a functional administrator, you ensure that our educational and business applications are optimally aligned with the Vonk processes. You act as the link between education, support, IT, and suppliers, ensuring that the applications are reliable, user-friendly,\n and well-configured.<br>\nYour responsibilities include:\n<ul>\n<li>the functional management of a broad application landscape within the education domain (e.g., the student information system and related applications);<\/li><li>user management, authorizations, and the configuration and maintenance of applications and connections between applications;<\/li><li>solving functional disruptions and assessing whether reports are forwarded to suppliers;<\/li><li>coordinating with suppliers regarding changes, disruptions, further development, and releases;<\/li><li>supporting and advising users, answering questions and providing training;<\/li><li>the recording and maintenance of knowledge, instructions and procedures;<\/li><li>active participation in projects, user consultations and (national) working groups;<\/li><li>contribute to the improvement of the process, the harmonization and the further development of the application landscape;<\/li><li>In this role, you combine day-to-day operational tasks with a broader perspective on processes, collaboration, and future-proof design.<\/li><\/ul><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Job requirements<\/h2><strong>What do you bring?<\/strong><br>\nWe are looking for a positive-minded colleague with an appetite to tackle! Your colleagues will be happy to take you along to help you master the knowledge. You have:\n<ul>\n<li>a completed mbo 4 qualification in IT;<\/li><li>and\/or at least a few years of experience in the field of functional management;<\/li><li>preferably experience with educational applications (such as Eduarte), Office365, assessment and exam applications, and TOPdesk;<\/li><li>good command of the Dutch and English languages;<\/li><li>Good communication skills;<\/li><li>good problem-solving ability;<\/li><li>and you are proactive, accurate, creative, and flexible.<\/li><\/ul>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Employment conditions<\/h2><strong>What do we offer?<\/strong><br>\nWhere pupils and students are central to our education, you as an employee are central to our organisation.
