What will you do?<\/strong>
\nAs an HR adviser, you are part of the specialist HR team. You work independently, yet you also collaborate closely with the two other HR advisers, the Learning and Development adviser, the HR team leader and four colleagues in personnel administration. We work together on three key strategic HR themes: the learning organisation, leadership and sustainable employability. As an HR adviser, you play a pivotal role in shaping this policy, working on areas such as vitality, professional growth and career opportunities for employees. You contribute to a culture in which shared leadership, ownership and results-oriented working go hand in hand. As an HR adviser, you are the strategic sparring partner for our managers across all sub-areas of the HR profession. No day is the same: you switch smoothly between operational support and tactical or strategic personnel and organisational issues. Through your efforts, you contribute to optimising the quality and quantity of the workforce. In doing so, you manage to strike a balance between people-oriented engagement and organisational interests. You take part in various internal and external consultations, analyse relevant trends and (statutory) developments in the field to formulate proposals for policies and procedures. Examples include absence management, sustainable employability, employment conditions and legal status, recruitment and selection, performance management and appraisal, and training and development issues. We will discuss which projects align with your experience, talents and interests.<\/p>\n

A temporary employment contract during maternity leave.
\nAn attractive salary in accordance with the Secondary Education (VO) collective labour agreement (CAO) depending on your knowledge and experience of up to \u20ac5,586 (scale 10) or \u20ac6,509 (scale 11) gross per month based on a full-time employment contract.
\n? Pension accrual with ABP, 8% holiday pay, an end-of-year bonus of 8.33% and an annual payment in October.
\nOver 10 weeks of holiday per year and a 5% IKB compensation allowance.
\nThe flexibility to organise your own schedule by alternately working from home, in the office or at our schools.

Job requirements<\/h2>

Who are you?<\/strong> You have a completed bachelor\u2019s or master\u2019s degree in HRM and at least four years of experience in a similar role. You quickly master new tasks and respond flexibly and proactively to the changing needs of the organisation. In addition, you recognise yourself in the following characteristics: You are strong strategically and analytically, and are able to advise with a focus on both people and the organisation. You feel at home in a learning organisation where team learning and personal development are central.
