In this role, you are the point of contact for the pupil, parents, teachers, mentors, and other relevant parties involved. Together with the pupil and parents, you draw up a development perspective plan with goals. On a regular basis, you organise evaluation meetings and multidisciplinary consultations with external parties to discuss progress on the goals and make adjustments where necessary. Each trajectory supervisor is linked to a team within the school. You are the point of contact for this team in the field of support and are involved in this team's pupil reviews.<br>\nAdditionally, you are involved in supporting and guiding the pupils in the transitional class.<br>\n&nbsp;<br>\n<strong>You got it!<\/strong><br>\n&nbsp;<br>\nWe are looking for a colleague who:\n<ul>\n<li>has at least a bachelor's level of working and thinking and has completed a relevant degree;<\/li><li>preferably has experience in a similar role;<\/li><li>has good verbal and written communication skills and is strong in guiding adolescents;<\/li><li>has knowledge of learning and behavioural difficulties;<\/li><li>strong in complex conversational skills, easily connects with internal and external parties, and is able to handle resistance well;<\/li><li>is accurate and has good planning and organisational skills;<\/li><li>careful and structured in keeping records;<\/li><li>can coach teachers and makes an active contribution to pupil progress meetings.<\/li><\/ul>\n&nbsp;<br>\nThe qualities you possess that you can definitely use at our school:\n<em>Patience, good communication skills, decisiveness, flexibility, and humour.<\/em>&nbsp;<br>\n&nbsp;<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Employment conditions<\/h2><strong>What we offer you!<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>Temporary appointment due to maternity leave 0.6 \u2013 1.0 FTE up to and including 31 July 2027, starting on 1 December 2026;<\/li><li>Salary scale 9 and employment conditions in accordance with the CAO VO;<\/li><li>End-of-year bonus, 8% holiday pay, pension through ABP;<\/li><li>Travel allowance and attractive working expenses scheme;<\/li><li>Guidance for starting teachers and lateral entrants;<\/li><li>Room for training, advancement and personal development within Pontis;<\/li><li>A warm welcome in a committed, collegial team with plenty of room for initiative.<\/li><\/ul>\n&nbsp;<br>\n<strong>That's why Pontis!&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;<\/strong><br>\nAt Pontis Onderwijsgroep, connection and progress are central.
