\nYour role:<\/strong>
\nAs a Policy Advisor for Education and Quality, you play an important role in the sustainable improvement and safeguarding of educational quality within the Martinuscollege.
\n 
\nYou are our subject matter expert and strategic partner in the fields of education, quality development and quality assurance. Appropriate and inclusive education is one of the areas you will be working on.
\n 
\nYou develop and evaluate policy, analyse developments and data, and translate these into clear policy choices and concrete improvement actions. In doing so, you look beyond the here and now: you understand the bigger picture, think ahead and know what long-term choices might entail.
\n 
\nYou advise the CEO-director, school leaders and other colleagues both solicited and unsolicited. You prepare decision-making by making scenarios, risks and consequences transparent, and know how to reduce complex issues to their essence.
\n 
\nAt the same time, you have both feet firmly planted in everyday practice. You genuinely help policy land within the organisation, encourage innovation and improvement, and ensure that results are not only achieved, but also sustainably embedded. The quality cycle of analysis, policy, implementation, evaluation and adjustment is in safe hands with you.
