You ensure that microscopes are set up, experiments run smoothly and students get to work with enthusiasm. From 1 November 2026, you will immediately benefit from a pay rise of 1.2%. Your exact salary will be determined\nbased on your experience and pay scale.<\/li><li><strong>Extras:<\/strong> An end-of-year bonus (8,33%), holiday pay (8%), a fixed annual allowance of \u20ac1,640 (pro rata), a generous flexible working time allowance (90 hours for full-time employees) and an excellent ABP pension scheme.<\/li><li><strong>Optimum work-life balance:<\/strong> All school holidays off!
