We also like this to be reflected in the interaction with students and staff members.<\/p><p><strong>What do we offer?<\/strong><\/p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>A temporary appointment with immediate effect for\u00a0<strong>0.8 FTE<\/strong><\/li><li>Salary scale LC applies to this position. Your salary will be a minimum of \u20ac3,644 and a maximum of \u20ac6,432 gross per month based on full-time employment, in accordance with the Secondary Education CAO. You will be placed on the salary scale based on your level of education and work experience. If proven suitable, an appointment in scale LD (maximum \u20ac7,313 gross) is negotiable.<\/li><li>Per year, as a teacher on a full-time contract, you receive over 50 days of holiday. In addition, you receive 8% holiday allowance and a year-end bonus (13<span>e<\/span> month) of 8.33%. All teachers at the top of their scale receive an October allowance of \u20ac1640 gross.<\/li><li>Every year, you can use 90 extra hours of leave (based on a full-time employment contract) in a way that suits your personal life circumstances.
