That is what we stand for at Trias VMBO. As a German teacher, you contribute to this with clear lessons. In doing so, you always have an eye for the child behind the pupil and know how to appeal to everyone in the class based on their talent.

\nYou know how to guide the educational process in such a way that pupils are encouraged to actively participate themselves. Not only in the classroom, but also beyond, for example during school activities. You succeed in getting pupils moving both inside and outside the classroom.

\nYou yourself do not stand still at all. You are interested in the renewal of education and want to actively contribute to this. For instance, within the section you contribute to the development of teaching aids, learning materials and tests, as well as to the promotion of a recognisable\n pedagogical climate. You enthusiastically share your passion for the subject both inside and outside the school.
\nAlongside your teaching duties, you will be given tasks that have everything to do with basic skills. Trias explicitly focuses on citizenship, digital literacy, language, and arithmetic\/mathematics.

Job requirements<\/h2>You hold a 2nd-tier teaching qualification in German or are currently studying towards one. In addition, you have experience and an affinity with pre-vocational secondary education (vmbo) pupils. You know how to connect with pupils in these classes through varied lessons. Just like us, you are open to people from diverse cultural and social backgrounds and are able to interact well with parents and pupils. Finally, you endorse our vision that learning is done with and for each other. Furthermore, we expect:

\n\u2714 You will receive a temporary employment contract of 0.6 \u2013 0.8 FTE with a view to a permanent appointment.

\nAs an employee of Trias VMBO, you will become part of OVO Zaanstad: the school board of seven public secondary schools and an International Transition Class in the Zaanstad region.
