An example of this is the cultural shift we have initiated with the help of the Transformative School.<br>\n&nbsp;<br>\nWithin the department, you will contribute ideas towards the implementation of the new curriculum for Dutch language and literature, the development of learning resources, teaching materials and assessments, as well as the promotion of a recognisable pedagogical climate. With your passion for the subject and our pupils, together with your department and the team, you will ensure extraordinarily good education.<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Job requirements<\/h2>You hold a secondary education teaching qualification (2e graads) in Dutch or are currently studying towards one. You have experience or an affinity with prevocational (vmbo) pupils. You know how to connect with pupils in these classes through varied lessons. Just like us, you are open to people from different cultural and social backgrounds and you are able to interact well with parents and pupils.<br>\n&nbsp;<br>\nYou fit within our organisation and Dutch section if:\n<ul>\n<li>You enjoy collaborating on a culture of improvement.&nbsp;<\/li><li>You are open to educational change.<\/li><li>You have a great passion for prevocational secondary school pupils.<\/li><\/ul>\n&nbsp;<br>\n&nbsp;<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Employment conditions<\/h2>\u2714 You can count on a challenging work environment.<br>\n\u2714 You will join a friendly and helpful team.<br>\n\u2714 Salary in accordance with CAO VO based on experience in scale LB\/LC (min. \u20ac3622 max. \u20ac6432 for full-time employment).&nbsp;<br>\n\u2714 You will be offered a temporary employment contract of 0.6 \u2013 1.0 FTE with the prospect of a permanent appointment.<br>\n<br>\n<strong>OVO Zaanstad<\/strong><br>\nAs an employee of Trias VMBO, you will become part of OVO Zaanstad: the school board of seven public secondary schools and an International Transition Class in the Zaanstad region. Within OVO Zaanstad, you will be part of a large network of approximately 800 employees.\nYou will have the opportunity to deploy your Individual Choice Budget (IKB) flexibly in terms of time and money.
