With your brainpower, colleagues work based on a good timetable and pupils follow lessons in a pleasant manner.<\/p>\n<p>Your duties will include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>creation of a (period) timetable;<\/li>\n<li>processing changes or issues in the daily schedule;<\/li>\n<li>setting up plans and timetables for specific educational activities or other activities in the school;<\/li>\n<li>retrieving the correct data for creating schedules or identifying notable issues;<\/li>\n<li>Participating in the annual planning and providing advice to school management;<\/li>\n<li>working with Zermelo.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>During the initial period, you will be thoroughly trained so that you can take over completely independently afterwards.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Job requirements<\/h2>We are looking for a new scheduler with:<br \/><br \/>\u2013 affinity with our target audience;<br \/>\u2013 proficiency in handling complex scheduling issues and experience with Zermelo and Excel;<br \/>\u2013 Strong communication skills;<br \/>\u2013 to drive daily switching for an optimal schedule for colleagues and students;<br \/>\u2013 flexibility in action when the schedule calls for a solution;<br \/>Enthusiasm to go to work with pleasure every day.<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Employment conditions<\/h2><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This concerns a position as a timetabler, max. scale 8 (max. \u20ac 4,449 for a full-time employment contract) effective from 1 November 2026 with a scope of 0.8 FTE (spread over 5 school days). This involves an appointment until the end of the school year with the prospect of a permanent employment contract upon proven suitability and sufficient staffing capacity.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>salaries and terms of employment in accordance with the CAO VO collective agreement, including holiday pay and a year-end bonus of 8.33%, an attractive commuting allowance (kilometres exceeding 25 km one way are now also reimbursed after the first year) and car exchange schemes;<\/li>\n<li>Personal budget of 90 hours for full-time employment;<\/li>\n<li>nine schools in one foundation, which means there are extra opportunities for you to grow;<\/li>\n<li>collective insurance in case of partial disability;<\/li>\n<li>a pension scheme with pension fund ABP.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Acquisition in response to this vacancy is not appreciated.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Het beste uit elke leerling halen.
