The Jac. P. Thijsse College is a school where the quality of education is of paramount importance. Differentiation in the classroom is a key didactic focus of the school. \nThe mathematics department consists of 16 friendly colleagues who work together professionally and make an important contribution to the improvement of our education.<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Job requirements<\/h2>You hold a first-degree teaching qualification or are currently studying towards one, and you are an enthusiastic, passionate colleague. You deliver high-quality education and are up to date with the latest developments in subject-specific pedagogy.<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Employment conditions<\/h2>It concerns a temporary employment contract with the prospect of a permanent contract if performance is good and staffing levels allow. The working hours fraction is 0.5-0.6 FTE. In addition, you can count on excellent terms of employment, including:\n<ul>\n<li>A salary dependent on education and experience in accordance with the secondary education collective labour agreement (CAO VO);<\/li><li>A holiday allowance of 8% and a year-end bonus of 8.33%;<\/li><li>An October allowance of \u20ac302.50. Once you are in the final step of your scale, the October allowance is \u20ac1,640.00;<\/li><li>You are free in all school holidays;<\/li><li>You are entitled to an annual individual choice budget of 90 hours on a full-time basis;<\/li><li>You build up your pension with ABP. SVOK pays 70% of the pension premium;<\/li><li>Opportunity to participate in collective disability insurance.
