This role will be on Thursdays and Fridays. There will be close collaboration with a domain assistant and with youth care services.<br>\n<br>\nIn recent years, the IKEC team has collectively focused on Positive Behaviour Support (PBS), trauma-sensitive working and working with curricula. We want to work with our children on the basis of relationship, competence, autonomy and meaning. Are you pedagogically\n and didactically strong, do you have experience with or interest in playful\/investigative learning and would you like to work with children on developing ownership, social behaviour and learning to learn, then you really fit in with our team!<br>\n<br>\nYou will be part of an enthusiastic and eager-to-learn team. The centre is developing and is looking for people who want to join us, to grow and build the best possible education together.
